With more than 20 years’ construction industry experience, Joe is a passionate and progressive entrepreneur who thrives in a high-performance culture. A visionary business leader, he is committed to shaping successful outcomes and forging strong stakeholder relationships. Joe is also Managing Director of the Civilex Group of companies.
Ray is expert in critical issues management and the execution of contracts – skills he has honed over 20 years of working in the construction industry. He deftly leads the strategic direction, planning and management of all of Incore’s construction activities. Ray is also a Director of the Civilex Construction Group of companies.
With a strong focus on business sustainability Andrew plays a crucial role in overseeing the growth of all divisions. His 15 years’ construction industry experience has laid the groundwork for his rigorous management and careful assessment of all tenders to ensure professional execution and risk mitigation. Andrew is also a Director of the Civilex Construction Group of companies
Senior Development Manager
Tasos manages Incore’s commercial, industrial and residential projects from initial concept through to design development. With 15 years’ experience across a variety of disciplines in the building industry, he skilfully executes construction through to engagement with internal and external stakeholders.
In over five years working in the commercial construction landscape, Frank has delivered notable projects ranging up to $74m. His Passion for property development led him to a development management role at Incore where he is a valued member of the team. Having taken projects from their inception right through the development cycle, Frank has a solid understanding of the property market and development fundamentals. Frank holds a Bachelor of Construction Management (Hon.) and a Master of Business (Property).
Chief Financial Officer
Nicholas joined Incore with an enviable CV boasting outstanding experience and credentials, including 18 years as CFO of several iconic property development organisations across Australia. His expertise in negotiation and management of senior bank and mezzanine debt facilities and structuring and reporting for Joint Venture arrangements are exemplary.
Nicholas’ key role includes preparation of Incore’s financial statements, forecasting and budgeting. He provides commercial insight and strategy across the Incore business and the Civilex Construction Group.
With a Masters in Construction Law and having been admitted as a Barrister and Solicitor of the Supreme Court of Victoria Sandra’s commercial knowledge is unsurpassable. Her experience as a practicing lawyer, coupled with exceptional negotiation skills in the commercial property development contracting space, is second to none. She is a cornerstone to our ongoing business success.
HR & Industrial Relations Manager
Olivia’s focus on delivering a seamless employment experience for our employees and exceptional work outcomes has her held in high esteem. Her extensive experience in employee and industrial relations, change management, succession planning, and the development and delivery of HR processes and policy development positions her as a go-to cultural leader within our business.
Marketing & Communications Manager
Lisa leads her team with a passion for creative thinking and marketing flair. Her strategic approach ensures communications with internal and external stakeholders are consistent, effective and relevant. Delivered across a variety of digital and non-digital platforms, the collaborative nature of the marketing function means Lisa works closely with various departments and industry partners. She has a keen interest in keeping abreast of the exciting and constant changes taking place in marketing.
