With more than 20 years’ construction industry experience, Joe is a passionate and progressive entrepreneur who thrives in a high-performance culture. A visionary business leader, he is committed to shaping successful outcomes and forging strong stakeholder relationships. Joe is also Managing Director of the Civilex Group of companies.
Ray is expert in critical issues management and the execution of contracts – skills he has honed over 20 years of working in the construction industry. He deftly leads the strategic direction, planning and management of all of Incore’s construction activities. Ray is also a Director of the Civilex Construction Group of companies.
With a strong focus on business sustainability Andrew plays a crucial role in overseeing the growth of all divisions. His 15 years’ construction industry experience has laid the groundwork for his rigorous management and careful assessment of all tenders to ensure professional execution and risk mitigation. Andrew is also a Director of the Civilex Construction Group of companies
Senior Development Manager
An accomplished and results driven Senior Development Manager, Tasos has over 15 years of property industry experience in commercial, industrial and residential sectors. Tasos’ vast experience across the industry has played an integral role in creating Incore where he is currently responsible activities from acquisition, planning, marketing, sales strategy through to delivery across a diverse range of developments.
Development Manager Frank Freskos joined Incore Developments in June 2018. Having delivered notable projects ranging up to $75m in his construction background, Frank brings a vast amount of experience to Incore.
This experience coupled with a passion for front end acquisition and design development proves Frank is a strong asset to the development team. Academically, Frank holds a Bachelor of Construction Management (Hon.) and a Master of Business (Property).
Chief Financial Officer
Nicholas joined Incore with an enviable CV boasting outstanding experience and credentials, including 18 years as CFO of several iconic property development organisations across Australia. His expertise in negotiation and management of senior bank and mezzanine debt facilities and structuring and reporting for joint venture arrangements are exemplary.
Nicholas’ key role includes preparation of Incore’s financial statements, forecasting and budgeting. He provides commercial insight and strategy across the Incore business and the Civilex Construction Group.
With a Masters in Construction Law, Sandra was admitted as a Barrister and Solicitor of the Supreme Court of Victoria.
Sandra’s vast experience as a construction lawyer, allows us to manage corporate risk, making her a cornerstone to our ongoing business success. Sandra brings a wealth of commercial knowledge to our business and the clients we work with.
Corporate Services Director
Talented multi-disciplinary team manager, Olivia is responsible for quality human resources, organisational development, and creating learning and development frameworks to support strategic outcomes. She drives diversity and inclusion, staff engagement, and influences culture while delivering social procurement outcomes.
